100% Organic Linen Straining Cloth
This is an approximately 8" or 14" square piece of our organic woven linen finished with a rolled/serged hem on the edge. This is perfect for straining nut milk, cheese making (separating curds & whey), straining yogurt, kefir, or quark (separating curds & whey), making ghee, straining kefir grains, straining herbs in a tincture, and for use with the Norwalk Juicer. This is more sturdy than regular cheesecloth or muslin since it is made from our organic woven linen.
One customer reports that to extend the life of these cloths soak them for 15 minutes with a little vinegar and hot water. Use castile soap if any odor develops to wash more thoroughly.
