These castor oil packs are made with our OEKO-TEX 100% linen natural colored fabric on one side and a PUL waterproof fabric on the back. Suggested use is to soak the linen side with castor oil (about 1/8 cup) then apply to the area of choice. Store used castor oil pack in a plastic bag in a cool place between uses. Wash in boiling water for 5 minutes with a few teaspoons of baking soda as needed.

100% natural (beige) linen and is designed to be used as a sash to tie the linen castor oil pack to your body. These are great for keeping your castor oil pack in place! It is approximately 69" long and 5" wide in the center section and narrowing to 2 1/2".
